APPETIZERS

 Seafood Au Gratin 
Lobster, crab & shrimp smothered in a New Orleans style cheese sauce, baked to a golden brown and served with fresh pita chips.

Spider Roll 
A tempura battered soft shell crab, cream cheese, avocado, seaweed salad, roe and sticky rice, rolled in toasted Nori. Served with sides of wasabi, soy sauce and pickled ginger

Spicy Tuna Roll
Fresh Hawaiian tuna, thin strips of cucumber, avocado, sesame seeds, chili flake cream cheese and sticky rice, rolled in toasted Nori. Served with sides of wasabi, soy sauce and pickled ginger. 

Ichi Ban 
A variety of fresh fish catches of the day, marinated in an Asian sauce. Grilled and served on skewers with a spicy Chipotle Ranch.

Goat Cheese Crostini 
Seasoned crostinis layered with fresh Goat cheese, roasted red peppers and marinated Basil. Drizzled with a rich Balsamic dressing.


FRESH SALADS

Crunchy Crab Cake Salad 
Fresh mixed greens topped with our handmade crab cakes, chives anddrizzled with our zesty Chipotle Ranch dressing.

Spinach Scallop Salad 
Fresh baby spinach tossed in our own Poppy Seed dressing, with sliced strawberries, Mandarin oranges, candied almonds and sweet seared scallops.

Seared Sesame Ahi Salad 
Fresh Hawaiian Ahi tossed in a toasted Sesame Seed dressing topped with crisp water chestnuts, fresh chives, Mandarin oranges and Monterey Jack cheese.

Baked Goat Cheese Salad 
Fresh mixed greens tossed in a Balsamic Vinaigrette and topped with breaded  Goat cheese medallions, dried cranberries, apricots and candied walnuts.

SANDWICHES 

All sandwiches are served with French fries and a pickle spear, unless noted.

 

Fresh Catch of the Day 
Ask your server for our fresh catch of the day. Broiled or blackened and topped with Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and Chipotle Ranch. Served on a whole wheat bun.

Fish Tacos 
Four white corn tortillas filled with our Fresh Catch of the day, topped with shredded lettuce, red onions and Cilantro. Served with Jack cheese, Pico de Gallo, fresh avocado, sour cream, house salsa, Chipotle Ranch and a side of Spanish rice. Choice of sautéed or Baja style.

Soft Shell Crab Club 
Tempura battered Soft shell crab layered with alfalfa sprouts, Monterey Jack cheese, tomato, red onion, shredded lettuce and lemon aioli. Served on toasted Multigrain bread.

Seafood Salad Croissant 
A generous portion of shrimp, crab and lobster mixed with celery, onion and our gourmet mayo. Served on a lightly toasted croissant with lettuce and tomato.

Ahi Club 
Broiled Ahi layered with alfalfa sprouts, Jack cheese, cucumbers, avocados and lemon aioli. Served on toasted Multigrain bread.

Hawaiian Mahi 
Fresh Hawaiian Mahi tempura batter fried to a golden brown, served on a whole wheat bun. Topped with melted Jack cheese, lettuce, red onion, tomato and a side of our homemade gourmet tarter sauce.

Lobster Taco 
Four white corn tortillas filled with our fresh lobster, topped with shredded lettuce, red onions and Cilantro. Served with Jack cheese, Pico de Gallo, fresh avocado, sour cream, house salsa, Chipotle Ranch and a side of Spanish rice.

 ENTREES

All entrees include your choice of traditional Caesar, house salad or one of our 8 homemade soups.

 

Fresh Catch of the Day 
Your choice of two fresh fish selections from the Hawaiian Islands. Ask your server for details on the preparation of each fish. 

Seafood Lasagna 
A generous mix of shrimp, crab & lobster in Ricotta cheese, layered between pasta with our own Marinara and Alfredo sauces, topped with melted Mozzarella cheese.

Fish & Chips 
Hand battered Hawaiian Mahi cooked to a golden brown, served with tartar sauce, coleslaw, French fries and fresh corn bread. 

Shrimp Dijon
A generous portion of Gulf shrimp, sautéed in rich butter and bread crumbs, broiled to perfection. Served with wild rice and fresh steamed vegetables.

Lobster Risotto 
A delicate blend of lobster meat sautéed with garlic and shallots and tossed in a creamy Italian risotto. 

Seared Halibut with Truffle Risotto 
Fresh halibut sautéed and served on creamy risotto with wild mushrooms and topped with a white Truffle oil.

Sautéed Mahi with Pine Nuts 
Fresh Hawaiian Mahi lightly seasoned and sautéed medium rare, covered in a tomato mushroom pine sauce. Served with sides of fresh sautéed spinach and creamy risotto.
