What is Cash Points?

To an Individual – Cash Points is a universal Points and Discount Card that’s accepted at every current and future Cash Points Affiliated Establishment. It is also the Gift Card that keeps on Giving. Besides earning points and discounts at local establishments when you spend money there, Cash Points Affiliated Establishments can randomly load points (worth cash) on every card in our system as an incentive. An individual’s card continually increases in value with these random deposits.

To an Establishment - Cash Points is a Complete, Low Cost, High Exposure, Marketing Program, intended to Generate new Business and Increase Customer Retention.

What’s Included?

Our flexible marketing includes, Website Advertising, Two Weekly Emails, a listing in our Affiliate Directory, Unlimited Cash Point Membership Cards and Installation of our Terminal and Patent Pending Point Tracking Software.

How Does it Work?

Our Point Tracking Terminal and software allows you to add and redeem points to a Card Members account.  Cash Point Card Members earn one point for every dollar they spend with you. Once they surpass the required amount of points (Predetermined by You) they will receive an, on the spot discount (Also Predetermined by you). Our Terminal, tracks every Card Members account, tally’s points automatically and  prompts you when they become entitled to their discount. The average transaction takes about two and a half seconds.

Reports

Cash Point reports are generated and accessible 24 hours a day, and track every transaction including the customer’s name, the date and time the transaction occurred, how much they spent and whether or not they received a discount on that visit. The reports can be sorted by the day, week, month or year.


Website Marketing and Advertising

With Direct access to www.MyCashPoints.com you can create as many printable coupons as you wish for free and advertise all of your sales, specials and events on the Cash Points Main Calendar.

Email Marketing and Advertising

Two emails per week go to every existing Cash Points Card Member, reminding them that  you accept their  card, what your discount parameters are and how many points each individual member currently has available with you. Your establishment is advertised to every card member in our system regardless of where they obtained their card.

New Activations

Every time there is a new card activation at any Cash Point Affiliated Establishment, other than yours, the new Card Member will also receive an automatic, predetermined amount of points, from your establishment, directly  deposited on their card. This is just one more way we create new business incentives. Each Card Member will see these available points on their weekly Point Balance Email.

The Point Manager

Direct access to our Point Manager system which allows you to deposit points (That’s Cash To a member) on to thousands of existing Card Member accounts, as an incentive for them to come in, regardless of whether or not they have ever even been to your establishment.  Each time a deposit is made, an instant email is generated to every recipient of that deposit, letting them know how much money (Discount) was instantly loaded on to their card, by you.

Affiliate Directory

Cash Points also creates a listing of your business in our Affiliate Directory, which is on display on the counters and or tables of every Cash Points Affiliated Establishment. A copy of the Directory is also given to every newly activated member.
